This is a 16′ x 10′ high commercial door where the springs didn’t break, but did wear down to the point where the springs could no longer support the weight of the door. The springs were custom made to fit the door and an opener was installed for the first time on this garage door.

The Lift master Jackshaft Motor is one of the most room conserving motors of the commercial line made by Chamberlain. This motor mounts on the side of the garage door rather than the ceiling where it can sometimes get in the way of lofts, cabinets or even support beams.
