All motors come with the My Q technology, and the option of a battery back-up as well. The My Q technology has the ability to automatically pick and choose from three different frequencies, thus finding the best frequency for your garage door. My Q also allows you to wirelessly monitor your garage door’s activity using either your smart phone or internet device. The Process
RSM Custom Overhead Garage Doors will come to your location, take measurements, and provide an estimate… all free of charge. When we have agreed on a price, and date of installation, our certified technician will return to your location on agreed upon date and install the garage door and/or garage door opener. The amount of time it takes to do the installation varies upon each customer. However, typically it will take 2 – 4 hours for a customer who has ordered both a garage door and opener.

All garage door installations come with a limited lifetime warranty. All belt drive motors come with a lifetime warranty on the belt and the motor. All chain drive motors come with a three year warranty on the chain and the motor. All jackshaft motors come with a five year warranty on the motor. All work provided comes with a 30 day labor warranty on all parts replaced and/ or installed. **Warranties are active from the time of installation.**
